This form is designed to assist in the production of your memory video. Please use this form to select the music for your video.
We need to receive the images for scanning no later than two weeks prior to your wedding date. If you desire to scan the images yourself you are free to do so. If you scan the images please scan them as jpeg images at a resolution of 180dpi, please deliver them on CD or DVD.
It is imperitive that you organize the images in the order that you want them to appear in the video. We suggest that you alternate from bride to groom. The video will generally flow better if you alternate your images.
The suggested amount of images is around 100 images, broken down as follows; 40 of the bride, 40 of the groom, and 20 together photos. Please feel free to include any images that you want in the video, it's your video have fun with it.

The final video will be ready by 5pm on the Thursday before your wedding unless otherwise requested. If you need the video before our normal delivery time we must be informed at least 1 full week before you need it to allow us to schedule our staff.
The final video will be on DVD and will be able to play on most DVD players, our DVD's are DVD-R & DVD+R format, which are compatible with most DVD players on the market today. We apologize that we cannot produce VHS tapes.
It is your responsibility to secure a method to present the video. We do not as part of our packages offer a projector or television to present the video. If you are in need of a projector to present the video we have as an add on to any package our A/V package where we will set up and run a projector and sound system, which we provide, at a small extra cost. If you need this service please call us as soon as possible to reserve. We only have two A/V systems available for use, so please reserve early.
The final video is normally between 10-15 minutes depending on song selection.
