Please list any changes that you wouldd like made. If you are satisfied and wish for the final video to be produced as proofed please indicate that in the appropriate section. Please agree to all terms for the final production of your video to be produced in a timely fashion. Please allow two weeks for final delivery.

Proofing
We feel very strongly in giving you the power to be involved in the editing of your video. We will produce two copies of your video, the first copy of your video is a proof copy. We ask that you take as much time as you find necessary to request any changes that you would like made to your video. Once you request changes we will finalize your video with these changes and produce your final copies. Once your final copies have been produced we only keep on file the master disc with the final video, any additional changes would be accessed a re-editing fee of $500.00. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
